"KNOW YOUR LIMITS - 75 YARDS"

Course of fire will be the same for Division 1 and Division 2.  (See Long Rifle
Range Page for clarification of each division classes).  SHOOTERS WILL ONLY
COMPETE AGAINST OTHERS WITHIN THEIR DIVISION.   Any questions
regarding designation of division class will be at the final discretion of the match
director. 

  REGISTRATION FROM 8:00 - 8:30; MATCH STARTS AFTER SAFETY
  BRIEFING APPROX. 8:45 A.M. 
  $10.00 REGISTRATION FEE FOR EACH MATCH. 

  This will be a 3 stage match - the targets for each stage are 8 swinging steel targets.
  Targets range in size from 2 inches to 1/4 inch, decreasing in size.  The targets are
  small circular plates, not the steel rods the targets are suspended from.

  Point value for each target is as follows (click for picture of target):

  2"=1pt      1 3/4"=2pts 1 1/2"=3pts 1 1/4"=4pts 1"=5pts

  3/4"=6pts    1/2"=7pts   1/4"=15pts

  COMPETITORS MUST FIRE ONLY ONE SHOT AT EACH METAL TARGET,
  SHOOTING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT.  COMPETITORS MAY STOP ENGAGING
  TARGETS AT ANY TIME THEY CHOOSE AND KEEP THE POINTS THEY'VE
  ACCUMULATED UP TO THAT POINT IN THAT STAGE. 

  A MISS ON ANY TARGET RESULTS IN THE COMPETITOR FORFEITING
  THE ACCUMULATED POINTS ON THAT STAGE.  THAT STAGE IS SCORED
  AS A ZERO.
 
  Stage 1
  Competitors will have 5 minutes for unlimited sighting shots on paper targets. 
  During actual match, competitors will fire no more than 8 shots at the suspended
  metal targets in 2 minutes.  Front support only; scope magnification is shooter's
  choice.    

  Stage 2
  Competitors will fire no more than 8 shots at the suspended metal targets in
  2 minutes.  Front and rear support allowed; scope magnification is shooter's choice.    

  Stage 3
  Competitors will fire no more than 8 shots at the suspended metal targets in
  1 1/2 minutes.  Front and rear support allowed; scope magnification is shooter's choice.

  
  IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Shooters with semi-automatic rifles are responsible for
  preventing ejected brass from interfering with other shooters on the line. 
  This may include a brass catcher or other form of stop-measure as long as
  it does not disrupt other shooters.  Any violation of this may result in
  disqualification from the match.

Winner will be determined by the highest score.  Any ties will be broken by a surprise
